Ulrike Hecker, the teacher of Hansel and Gretel Preschool, has dedicated the last 20 years of her life to teaching children. She holds a Masters Degree in Education from her home country of Germany. She has lived in North America for 10 years and is fluent in both English and German. In addition to her work as a devoted preschool teacher she also teaches language classes for children in the evening at the Heritage German Language School in Saskatoon.
